Key Responsibilities Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle of both Expatriate & nationals.
- Identify & develop sources of candidates locally & internationally through effective recruitment agent network
- Propose salary to be offered to the selected candidates by comparing the qualification & experience both within the group and GCC market.
- Conduct salary negotiation with the selected applicant.
- Prepare & forward employment contract for the selected applicant, upon agreement to the initial email offer, for formal acceptance.
- Constantly update the individual department head in regard to the recruitment stage of each applicant through Oracle HRMS module
Initial Screening and filtering of CVs and contacting candidates to schedule for interviews.
Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information.
Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies, and notify eligible workers of position availability
. Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
Inform job applicants of their acceptance and apologize to candidates who are not accepted.
Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications
. Request information from law enforcement officials, previous employers, and other references in order to determine applicants' employment acceptability. Conduct Orientation program for new hiring.
