From Sep 2001 till Sep 2017 I have worked in Schlumberger WesternGeco as Field Service Instrument Technician on Site-based positions on 6 X 3 or 6 X 4 rotation.
I Started my career in Pakistan (2001) then assigned to UAE, Saudi, Egypt, Oman, Jordan and Iraq. My last assignment(Last day 19 Sep 2017) was UAE there I worked for 5 years in JA, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that adequate equipment and supplies are available for the operation
Perform all reporting and administrative duties concerning technical support
Organize and coordinate technical support on the crew
Supervising a technical team responsible of bellow
Support crew startup operations
Testing of acquisition systems, encoders, decoders during startup
Isolate field failures and perform repairs on recording instruments down to board level
Plan and carry out routine testing and maintenance of recording and camp electrical equipment as necessary.
Repair and maintenance of vibe electronics/Dynamite source controllers
Repair and maintenance of field electronics and telemetry equipment
Repair and maintenance of fiber Optic cables
