Professional Experience
Fifteen (15) years experience in geotechnical engineering particularly in soil investigation drilling projects (onshore & offshore).
Three (3) years solid experience in underground gold mining, and exploration & development.
Exposure to geophysical surveys such as seismic refraction, cross-holes, electrical resistivity, peizocone, and global positioning (GPS) use.
String interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
Computer proficiency in multi-software packages, such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point, GINT, Resix-Plus, Go-Log, and operation of Enhancement Seismograph.

Bachelor of Science in Geology, Mapua Institute of Technology (1986).

Additional Information
1. Manage and supervise geotechnical drilling projects (onshore & offshore).
2. Perform logging and analysis of soil and rock samples.
3. Conduct geophysical surveys such as seismic refraction & electrical resistivity, and other tests such as crosshole, piezocone (PCPT), dutch cone and >200 tons uplift tests.
Achievements (Major):
1. May December 2006 - Managed & completed drilling of 122 boreholes at Manifa Offshore Oilfield in Persian Gulf for causeways, production platform and WIP.
2. April 17 30, 2006- Supervised & completed drilling of 14 boreholes at Berri Oilfield in Abu Ali island for causeways and trunkline.
3. August December 2005- Supervised & completed drilling of over 800 geotechnical boreholes at Petro-Rabigh Projects, in contract with multi-national companies such as WHESSO, Mitsubishi, Techint, and Tecnicas Reunidas.
4. Sept. Dec 2004 - Managed & completed drilling of over 200 geotechnical boreholes in North Beach Project, Doha-Qatar, in contract with Bechtel/COWI.
