Project Engineer, Enppi, June 2005 – Present
Execute the project human resource plan by availing a competent project team and periodically.update the project organization charts and positions descriptions .Prepare the project statement of work (Execution Plan) as per the contract requirements.Take the lead in working with all the project core disciplines and any supportive groups.Work on raising the awareness of the project team for HSEQ principles and requirements.Oversee design and procurement activities and evaluate their progress against the project schedule.Coordinate contacts with client and maintain good working relationship at all levels throughout the life of the project.Handle all correspondences between the project team and all involved entities.Conduct periodic meetings to discuss the project related ongoing and outstanding issues.Expedite client decision-making process and acquire necessary approvals in order to meet the project
Objectives
Provide the project manager with periodic brief and detailed project status
Prepare monthly project progress reports.Issue the project CTR's based on the project WBS.Review and follow up the detailed project schedule (Design / Procurement activities) and ensure that major milestones are accomplished on time and budget.Maintain a clear project financial status regarding the invoicing, collections and cash flow projections.Prepare the work packs for subcontractors and third-parties activites to be performed within the Project.Worked as HAZOP and HAZID studies scribe, also produced the recommendation reports and followed up the actions log

Network Engineer, BG Group, December 2001- May 2004
Design the network system and manage the equipments tendering, purchasing, receiving, tracking and invoicing.Ensure successful operation of all of the network equipments and manage after sale support contracts.System administration of all of the NT services and servers.Provide support for all of the company Critical Applications
Follow up the Intranet project by developing the website, manage peers, segregate the work and deliver the whole project prior to the launching date
Working with the capability team, to provide and conduct training session for the new applied techniques.Provide consultancy services for the joint ventures IT group.
