• Design complete ESP systems for wells in high water cut applications. (Andes Petroleum)
• Monitor and optimize running installations for best system efficiency and increase system run time.
• Weekly system teardown analysis for warranty discussions; share results and recommendations with engineering team to improve system’s run life and prevent similar failures.
• Develop automated computational tools to monitor ESP running wells more efficiently in order to capture operational faults and prevent premature system failures.

• Design surface pumping systems for crude transfer, water disposal and water injection applications.

• Support in special design for semi-intelligent well systems including various types of artificial lift methods and completions.
