Professional Experience
In 2002 after graduation I began with Kara Vazin Co. (K.V.C) as service engineer & after 3 month until now as customer care & technical marketing manager. KVC with 25 employees is an active medical equipment distributor in Iran for over 18 years. KVC is an exclusive distributor of some well known Healthcare & Medical Equipment companies.
My responsibility is general service for all instruments, installation & operator (application) trainings over whole Iran as well as customer presentations.
I also work specially on Respiratory Technology (RT) & Neurocare & had develop the market for Cardio Pulmonary Exercise Test (CPET), Sleep disorder diagnosis (Poly Somno Graph) & its therapy, RT in Home such as home ventilators, PAPs & Oxygen concentrators, Intra Operative Monitors (IOM) & Trans Cranial Doppler.
My position as Customer Care & Technical Marketing Manger cares on customers satisfaction by product installation, application trainings, troubleshooting & maintenances, preventive maintenances, developing & managing customer service programs in the customer care section, after sales service marketing and also planning for new product launching, pricing consulting & facing the customer needs with product features to find out the suitable product which yields to consulting the customers with new products and offer new product configurations and supporting the management team with employee trainings & exploring new products that complete the existing product range.
I’m also connected closely with sales team while continues product trainings, providing comparison sheets for different product, taking part in fairs & congresses, also co-operate with them to find out a suitable device configurations to win tenders and fulfill customer needs. I also collect the international experience to facing competitors during international exhibitions such as Medica and Arab Health as well as company international sales meetings, which help me to plan marketing strategies & compare correctly products & inform the customers with right company/ product information.
