: Monitor all welding and NDT activities as per contract requirement.
Review NDT results (RT,UT,MT & PT) and witness Welder Qualification Test to qualify welder.
Signing inspection report of acceptance of all the above
inspection results.
Monitoring contractor work activities to ensure all works are
performed in accordance with the specification and procedure.
Report to the Client Site Representative (CSR) for area assignment.
To monitor weld summary record and compile for the final
documentations
Monitor tie-down jobs during load-out activities

Technical Qualification : 1) PCN Level 2 in Welding Inspection
(PCN NUMBER : 301756)
2) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
3) Certificate in Marine Engineering

Sixteen years experience in inspection such as Piping and Structure Inspector, Pipeline Inspector, Civil & Track Work Inspector, NDT Technician Operator, Machinery Fitter for petrochemical projects, power plant, oil and gas projects, LRT-PUTRA project, Ship Repair and general industries.
