More than 25 years of experience in Project management in Engineering, Procurement & Construction(EPC-Power/ Electrical Projects). Project co-ordination, planning, programming, organizing, scheduling, execution, monitoring and control (Scope, Procurment, Risk,Time, Cost, Quality) of construction sites of Power Projects. Monitoring & ensuring timely completion of projects as per the contractual terms and conditions with in the pre-determined time schedules, targets and budgeted costs.

Management of Sub-contractors, Logistics, Infrastructure & Facilities. Achieving the set targets / profits and successful completion of project by ensuring the total satisfaction clients.

Handling of multiple projects in multi sector industry like Power / Hydro / Oil & Gas (On / Off shore) and Other industry.. Responsible for developing all Operational policies, Procedures, Strategic planning, Resource planning, Business development and Marketing / Sales efforts. Interacting with the Clients and Consultants and other Vendors, keeping good contacts with potential clients. Submitting of contract bids/ proposals, evolution, preparation of cost analysis etc.

Management of Import & Export, Taxes, Custom Clearances, Duties & Exemptions etc., of Project Shipments. Management of Project Cost Controls & Accounting system.

Responsible for planning, programming & scheduling of work processes using software tools like CAD / Primavera, MS Projects and other SW programming methods.

Graduate in Engineering(B.Tech-Electrical), Masters like PGDPM.
