Managing HSE related matters, conduct HSE audits, accident investigations, waste management and oil spill response (Tier 1, 2 & 3). Establish & update HSE website. Review & update HSE management system and procedures. Conduct OHSAS 18001 audits as well as EMS 14001 audits. Manage contractors HSE performance.
Manage the emergency response drills as well as emergency evacuations. Prepare the annual HSE budget and manage expenditures. Update company management & partners on HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPI¡¦s). Conduct environmental monitoring for Air, water and soil and manage the different classes of waste generated from petroleum upstream operations. Participate in risk assessments and HAZOP etc¡K
