The following are my responsibilities: - 1. Prepare the asset registers for stations facilities.2. Assets/data collation and documentation.3. Update asset register and prepare station asset hierarchy.4. Assets register preparation and assist in getting their assets ready for SAP implementation. 5. Preparation of maintenance job routines (MJRS)6. Set up preventive maintenance (PM) package for the various equipment systems (CMMS) and obtain PM numbers. ACHIEVEMENT IN PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE SUPPORT LAND AREA WEST.1.) Liaised with Electrical support team to achieve the faulty lighting system in UPS which looked impossible due to faulty hydraulic jack, we look for an alternative means in solving the problems by exchanging the piston to enable Us lowered the abacus pole Light and replace burnt bulbs And other damaged items in the station.2.) Work closely with electrical support team to trouble shoot and rectified the Diesel Air compressor engine in OBEN GAS PLANT that was down, but was restored in the cause of troubleshooting we (Discovered that the starter relay was faulty).3.) UTOROGU GAS PLANT: liaise with field staff to commission new Atlas-cop co Air compressor unit.
