conduct the overall mobilization and rotation planning of both off-shore project personnel and onshore; personnel travel arrangements, relocation and off-shore transport logistics; conduct the time sheets and reports, including cash advances, payroll adjustment, cash handling; per mensem control and closure of the meal bills from onboard catering company; contracts’, visas’ status monitoring and extension; personnel safety and professional certification control; general onboard administration, supervision of Reception office and check in/out onboard, including accommodation and service.
