JOB PERFORMED Receive, scope, schedule and carryout preventive/reactive Electrical maintenance requests in GSW-OFI assets in the following locations in IA OGUNU: HOSPITAL, OGUNU SCHOOL, TELECOMS BUILDINGS A, B, C & D, SECURITY H/Q, DOG KENNEL QUARTERS, NEPA INTAKE,AIROPERATIONS,WAREHOUSE 1,2&3,CRAWFORD CREEK,PRODUCTION BUILDING,PC LABS & FIRE STATION: Assure high technical integrity at all times and ensure completion within agreed Service Level Agreement(SLA).
KPI: Establish maintenance/inspection programme for 2005,2006&2007 and produce Monthly progress report on budget and program implementation in own area of operation
Develop checklist, draw up schedule and Inspect the assets regularly for the state of repair and
Supervise the correct implementation of quality, price, time and HSE aspects in the specifications, drawings, bidding papers and contracts, which are related to the management and the maintenance of projects
KPI: - Customer satisfaction rating in area of operation
SLA performance for breakdown maintenance.
Customer rating for workers attitude
Unit quarterly/monthly maintenance cost per house
Number of repeated jobs in area of operation
Manage OPEX spending in own area of work to within approved budget and in line with Company’s Strategic Cost Leadership Objective.
Monitor monthly and ensure that commitment/VOWD and all related spend are reported to ensure proper management of projects.
Supervise maintenance work activities, ensuring that quality and durable finished work is delivered. Timely close out of all completed work orders in PLANON.
Monitor quality of services delivered by contractors via documented quarterly SLA reviews with customers.
