Twenty years international experience working as a licensed Professional Engineer (Chartered Engineer) in FSU countries, West Africa, India, Brazil, SE Asia, and China; supervising and managing multi-cultural cross-discipline teams in E&C Onshore and Offshore CapEx and OpEx projects working to API, ASME, AISC, AWS D1.1, NACE, and other industry codes. Significant positions held and responsibilities of those posts:
Project Manager: Identify & communicate objectives for Project Management Team (PMT) according to contract terms, scope of work and company policy. Communicate project objectives to functional Managers of PMT and the Client. Organize PMT in consultation with functional Managers and agree on assignment of key personnel. Motivate Project Team towards objectives, generate enthusiasm, and maintain personal interest in achieving set targets. Achieve scheduled performance, cost, quality, HSE requirements from contract award to Client's acceptance. Ensure needed systems are adopted by PMT immediately after Contract award. Negotiate all contract changes with Client. Serve as primary contact and maintain good relations with Client. Optimize the use of applications of computer systems within PMT to solve technical problems and promote effective information management. Lead and support assigned proposals and develop Implementation phase. Present Implementation phase execution plans to Operations and Client at project review stages
