South Pars Gas Development – Phase 6, 7 & 8, in Cooperation with TEC/IDRO/JGC/DIC Companies named as TIJD Joint Venture
Tabnak Gas Treating Plant (TGTP), in Cooperation with AKER KVAERNER PROCESS SYSTEMS CORPORATION (Canada)

Responsible for preparing/checking the Mechanical Data Sheet for static equipment, preparing the Material Requisition (MR), Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) for static equipment. During the execution of projects I involve to have meeting with our vendor, clarification and checking of vendor documents that included drawings, calculation, WPS/PQR, IOM, etc.

In the other hand, after checking of vendor’s documents I have inspection shop vendor was done in Italy and Germany for static and rotary equipment.

Design Engineer – Static Equipment Designer (AZARAB Industrials Co.-Manufacturer)
Responsible for the design of pressure vessel / Shell & Tube HE equipment as per ASME section VIII Div1 and Div.2. I have prepared the fabrication drawing for pressure vessel, towers, shell and tube heat exchanger as per mechanical data sheet and STD drawing specification. During the execution of project I have prepared the calculation book for static equipment based on ASME section VIII Div.1 & Div.2 by PV-Elite Software. I have prepared calculation book for shell and tube heat exchanger based on TEMA/ASME standards by B-Jack software. I have involved in the below project:

During these projects that mentioned above I have done below activity:
- Design of pressure vessel according to ASME section VIII Div.1 and Div.2 by PV-Elite and Compress software.
- Strength calculation based on WRC107 and WRC297
- Design of storage tank based on API 650 and API 620
- Design of equipment erection and installation

Meanwhile, preparation of an engineering computation of special cases by finite element analysis FEA

Majid Reza Hajiebrahimi Hedesh has matured from a background in designing for refinery Plant to senior designer on multi million dollar project developments, such as 6,7 & 8 south pars gas development project and 17 & 18 south pars gas development project.
Majid Reza Hajiebrahimi Hedesh studied mechanical engineering and graduated in onshore and offshore techniques, he matured into the area of project consultancy from periods spent in engineering he has provided services to major companies in Iran.
Majid Reza Hajiebrahimi Hedesh is single, resides in the Iran-Tehran city and communicates native language Persian and is good in English.
Majid Reza Hajiebrahimi Hedesh has wide experience in the design of static equipment, preparing the procurement support documents such as MR, TBE, etc I know how to prepare Mechanical Data sheet for static equipment in all types, I have prepared / checked the relevant specification for static equipment for Oil, Gas and petrochemical Plant.
