• The preparation of Accurate BOQ including supervising other staff involved.
• Visiting site during the tender period in order to assess the impact of any local conditions.
• Participating the Pre-Bid meetings and Sending query to Consultant for the clarification
• Monitor the competitiveness of sub contractors and in liaison with other departments, adjust future tender lists.
• Prepare contract sum analysis for submission with tender.
• Keep abreast of the latest construction method/materials in order to reduce cost.
• Preparing the price break down for all works and Mobilization items.
• Be involved as necessary post tender negotiation/discussion.
• Negotiate with Client and sub contractors
• Giving support to all procurement jobs
• Co- ordination with material purchase department
• Involved in cost control.
• Verification and approval of sub contract works.
