• Implementation of Advanced Process Control in ONGC, Hazira, India (Feb 2007 - May 2007): APC for 7CFU trains (Condensation Fractionation Units), model building using OptimizeIT Predict & Control (P & C) tool of 800 XA (DCS) system, PID tuning based on the models, Inferential Control of product quality (H2S content, volatility) using the OptimizeIT Inferential Modeling Platform (IMP) tool.
• Asset Management and Performance monitoring of Desalination plants (March 2007- Present): Simulation and parameter estimation of dynamic model (from industrial data) using Dynamic Optimization module of 800XA.
• Consultation for 800 XA library developments of commercial PID algorithms (May 2007- August 2007): Consultation for migrating advanced PID algorithms of earlier ABB DCS (MOD-300 & HARMONY) to customized libraries in 800XA.
