experience in Instrumentation and Controls doing mostly Commissioning, Pre-start up, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance activities on Gas’s Water Beverages, Oil and Gas Facilities ( Onshore plants and Offshore Production Platforms)

Planning, supervision and coordination of the activities of assigned crews in instrument department to execute both planned and corrective maintenance on plant equipments, liaisons with operations for acceptance.
Providing technical supports and advice for the concerned crew and oversee the conformity of all works with the company guidelines.
Reporting the failure modes, effect and analysis on the instrument equipments (such as PLC, DCS, digital radio link, pneumatic and hydraulic control systems for well heads on Aegypodes, Monopods and platforms ) and recommend the remedies.
Outlining functional design specification for the engineering and design of the plant control systems(control valves,transmitters, shut off valves), platforms control systems (pneumatic and hydraulic control systems : Baker Cac USA, hydropneumatic-italy, ecis-italy, fores-italy,vetco gray-england) consisting of The ESD system, FIRE & GAS system, plant control PLCs, tank monitoring and inventory control system, burner management systems BMS, electrical systems monitoring, plant communications & plant information management system.
Scheduling the shutdowns / start-up for overhauls of the most critical equipments in the plants.
Highly qualified for designe, tracing, analysis and find solutions for HCU (Hydraulic Control Unit) problems
Good Knowledge in HAZOP Studies for On / Off Shore Plants.
Good Knowledge in Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS using SAP System
