-Efficiently manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials and utilities for the business on best available terms to ensure most effective procurement and generate Savings over budget.
-Handle routine activities, such as placing Purchase orders on the suppliers, follow up with suppliers for delivery on schedule, weekly review with Production plan.
-Establish & maintain a robust planning process for imports and domestic sourced items.
-Regular interface with the production, Sales & Marketing team for all export orders (unplanned) to be considered in the production schedule according to the material availability.
-Ensure strict adherence to Govt. regulations and customs formalities by liaison with
Customs, Ministry of Health, Pharmaceutical Department, Clearing agents, Shipping lines & Bankers.
-Monitor inventory as per forecast with planned delivery schedules to contain Working Capital within specified target.
-Resolve quality complaints / specification changes with Suppliers.

-Managing three stores finished good, raw materials (liquids(oils, acids,�c)plus powders)And packing materials (bottles, tube, laminate...) stores, make stock controlling and Handling the daily transaction record.
-Making GOOD RECEIPT NOTE, calculate the landed cost of incoming material (local & Imported) as per the purchase order terms and conditions
-Keep track on Production plan to ensure raw & packing material availability and Coordinate with purchasing department for any shortages.
-Updating sales, production and purchasing with the differences happened between sales Forecast and actual sales
-Confirm sales invoices (Cash, Credit, Local and Export) and follow up target achievement
-Support the top management with monthly Distributors' Contributions report and monthly production's wastage report
