A highly motivated WELDING / PIPING INSPECTOR, a Licensed Mechanical Engineer and an AWS- Certified Welding Inspector, with 14 years extensive onshore experience in QA/QC function in the construction of large Oil and Gas refinery, Petrochemical plant, Power plant and Pharmaceutical plant for both fabrication and erection stages in countries like (Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Kazakhstan)

· Quality Control expertise (Welding, Piping, Tanks and Structural)
· Qualification, Inspection, Testing and approval skills (With experience in QMS internal audits)
· Ability to read blue prints (Fabrication assembly drawings, GA, Isometric, P&ID, Plot Plan)
· Conduct inspection according to approved Field Quality Control Plan (FQCP) or I&TP
· Ability to inspect different kinds of materials (Carbon steel, Stainless Steel, Cr-mo, Cr-Ni, Low Temp materials or any material base from the project requirements.

· Good Knowledge in NDE (RT films interpretation, MT, PT, UT, PMI & PWHT) and destructive testing like soundness face, root and side bend Test, Tensile, Macro, hardness and impact Testing.
· Familiar with various kinds of inspection tools, welding processes, weld joint geometry and welding symbols, metallurgy, weld discontinuities, and proper documentation governing inspection and welder qualification (1G, 2G, 3G &4G and Fillet welds for plates)(2G, 5G, 6G & 6GR for Pipes)
· Ability to prepare Test Package Records, Test blocking in the master copy of P&ID and highlight to isometric drawings
· Ability to perform line check, prepare punch list records & punch clearing categorized as A, B, or C, witness pressure testing (Pneumatic / Hydrostatic / service Test) and reinstatement or restoration.
· Ability to inspect painting, hot and cold insulation based from approved painting and insulation procedure.
· Conversant with international codes and standards such as ASME II, ASME V, ASME IX, ASME VIII, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1, API 1104, API 620/650, ASTM
· Safety awareness (Support company’s Incident and Injury Free working environment program)
