RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage Project through all phases Estimating, Planning, Executing, Controlling &
Closing.
• Act as a focal point of communication with customer & other stakeholders.
• Assign work packages to team members.
• Define risks and issues early on in the project & throughout project life cycle.
• Assist forecasting, scheduling, budgeting & interface with Engineering Dept. and Project
Control Dept.
• Work closely with Contract Dept. for packaging, tendering & awarding contracts.
• Monitor of engineering, procurement and construction.
• Control of estimating, contracts administration, site supervision and planning.
• Integrate contractors’ planning into master project plan/schedule.
• Perform timely delivery of the projects and with a commitment to providing the highest
standard of service.
• Liaison with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Government Officials.
• Maintaining strong relationships with client, consultants, vendors & subcontractors.
• Manage & co-ordinate, program and monitor all activities including the activities of the consultants, contractors, direct procurement suppliers associated with the design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, completion and handing over.
•Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the contractors.
