Duties & Responsibilities:
o Configure logic and open, close and complex loops.
o Configure process graphics
o Issue Preliminary Design Review (PDR)
o Issue Critical Design Review (CDR)
o Arrange the activities properly.
o Do the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
o Do the Integral Factory Acceptance Test (IFAT)
o Install the system in the site.


• Arabian Petrochemical Company(PETROKEMYA) one of SABIC
Polyethylene Department (new project) for 6 years.

o New project experience, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Starting up the biggest polyethylene plant in the world for UNION CARBIDE TECHNOLOGY
o Professionally do all Pre-commissioning & Commissioning duties such as hydrolyzing test, bunch list, pipes air blowing, pressure test for pipe lines, introduce gases(HC)and steam to the plant safely ......etc


Duties & Responsibilities:
o Enhancing quality and safety in the plant
o Trouble shooting all PE plant in proper and safe way
o Reporting any unsafe attitude during work
o Issue of the quality control approved card
o Improving the plant by writing suggestions with new ideas.


• Saudi Petrochemical Company(KEMYA) one of SABIC
Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) Department
8 months From Jan, 2002 To Oct, 2002

Duties & Responsibilities:

o Enhancing quality and safety in the plant
o Increasing knowledge of polyethylene process (LLDPE & HDPE)
o Issue of the quality control approved card
o Reporting any unsafe attitude during work
