Professional Chemist

My objective is to pursue a career, which will professionally utilize my experience and provide me with an opportunity to excel in my professional experience.

1) Worked for two years (Dec, 1999-Nov, 2001) as Scientific Assistant-1 in Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission in Islamabad.Responsibilities: Preparation of standard & reference solution. Preparation of solutions of required normality for using in chemical process. Preparation of different indicator solution. Keeping records of raw material using in chemical process.
2) Worked for four years as Q.C Supervisor in Albustan Ready mix Concrete & Blocks in Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Responsibilities: It includes customer complaints handling and settlements. Analysis of raw material (aggregates, sand, cement, water, & chemicals) and concrete according to ASTM standards. Monthly reports of raw material and produce concrete. Lab trails for required strength of concrete as specified by customer. Prepare & maintain documents for ISO records.
Working with Dynea Pakistan Limited as Assistant head of Department (Lab Chemist Q/C) since 2nd June to date in Quality Control Department.
I have participated in following jobs.
Ø Maintaining the quality of Raw Materials and Finished Products according to defined standards for the production of Aminoplast Molding Compound.
Ø Preparation and implementation of Quality plans against sales targets. Ø Objective planning and review for Q/C department.
Ø Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures for ISO certification.
Ø Preparation and implementation of Technical Procedures and Work Instructions for ISO certification.
Ø Preparation of Training Manual for all the staff.
Ø Working in MS Office for preparation of related reports for Q/C on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
