Recording the quantity of work completed. Recording the cost & hours for the work completed.
Planned for daily work schedule & Manpower requiremnts.Client Co-ordination for day to day activities as Stipulated in Project Schedule
Co-ordinate with all departments to collect DPR & monitoring with Project Schedule
Maintain Documents records required as per ISO/QMS.Attend Weekly Meeting with Client & update the project work Schedule as per Management Overview Meeting
. Preparation & submission of Invoice to the client. Invoice certification of the Sub-contractors. Submitted Extra work claims & also project closing work for the same project.
