Co-ordination with the client and EPC contractors for the project management and execution activities. Co ordination with other consultants & contractors involved in the Project. Project Management activities including Reviewing and approvals of project planning schedule and progress measurements, technical submittals of mechanical, civil, Electrical & Instrumentation, methods statements, HSE considerations etc. Witness and inspection of all under ground pipe line construction activities.
From June 1996 to March. 2007.Project Management activities including Pre bid survey, attending pre bid meetings, Estimation for bidding, Pre-engineering, Site Survey, Preparation of bill of materials, detailed engineering, Man power equipment planning, finalizing micro-activities schedule by using Primavera project planner & scheduler, preparation of workpaks, job cards, Weekly progress and progress achieved reports with progress measurements chart and up dated progress schedules, and co-ordination and reviewing of procedures for HSSE, NDT,Offshore Installation and all the related documents like fabrication history , inspection reports, third party inspection, Execution and pre-commissioning & Commissioning,Etc.
