The Main Duties:

- Set the recommendations of the strategic marketing and sales plan
- Furnish marketing advise , consul and general staff support to all sales & products managers
- Evaluate operational issue to determine whether is competitive and staying current the latest trends in the market
- Monitor external and internal environment for development of new market segments
- Assist in or produce feasibility studies / business plans for new products development.
- Develop marketing campaigns for new products and services. This includes formulating a specific budget and expenditure plan for each
- Development of brochures or electronic ads to market company services
- Responsible for sales team recruitment and orientation
- Prepare marketing campaigns for new market & sales candidates
- Demonstrates knowledge of, and supports company mission, vision, value statements standards, policies and procedures, operating, instructions , confidentiality standards
- Assist in planning of any event that high light company products and services
- Assist in developing an evaluation process to gain feedback from customers
- Public speaking to volunteer organizations and committees regarding public relations marketing and development
- Develop and maintain marketing budget
- Assist in setting target, assign quotas and follow-up on implementation
