Working in Ebin Rushed Pharmacy Co. LLC (A subsidiary of Suhail Bahwan Group Holding LLC) in Muscat - Sultanate of Oman.
Suhail Bahwan Group is one of the topmost Business House in the Sultanate of Oman.
• Prepare all import & export documentation, from the start of sale up to delivery of shipment including order bookings, raising Sales / Purchase orders (Imports & Local) & Despatch status.
• Negotiating with transporters, shippers/consignees, etc to ensure seamless, cost-effective movement of consignment and timely delivery of orders.
• Handling all tender documents from the start of checking the enquiries by way of Fax / Newspapers / E-mails. Sending the requisition to Principal Companies in Local or International, making LC’s with appropriate calculating freight by
Ocean / Air mode.
• To coordinate all support related areas in H.O. with regard to supplies, despatches, commercial support, service support, A/R Collection followup, marketing support etc.
• Submitting monthly data (MIS) of performance parameters to the upper management, along with proposals to eliminate bottlenecks in future operations.
• Follow-up with principal companies for goods to meet commitment towards end users.

• Responsible for day to day Sales Accounting including daily Load Out / Load In, Consignment of full & empty cases, Cash / Credit bill, Discount / Complimentary Structure, Trial Balance of Bottling Products.
• Debtor’s reconciliation, inventory reconciliation & bank reconciliation
• Responsible for day to day sales accounting of Vinayak Ent. as well as Distributor works as a support to the sales team by providing timely reports.
