Professional Experience
Presently working as Certified Quality Control Inspector for Welding & Piping, Having more than 19 years experience in depth QA/QC related to Engineering, procurement and construction of Oil & Gas industries, have worked with multinational companies in India, Saudi Arabia, and UAE, Qatar, Oman& East Africa.
Quality control, inspection, surveillance and construction related experience e.g. Welding, Piping, Static/Rotating equipment erection, Structural steel fabrication/erection, Boiler proper external piping, Fabrication/ manufacture of various process Equipments Off-Shore Structure, (Jackets, Platform structures, and associated piping) pressure Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers and Spheres Storage tanks, Polyethylene Furnaces& well experienced in Flow lines & cross country pipeline project etc.
Maintenance / Shutdown inspection of oil processing plants, petrochemical plants & testing of pipe and pipe fittings, valves, pumps& fired heater assembling, Hot taping in live line, in ISO 9000 working environment. Fully familiar with different International Codes and standards i.e. ASME Sec.I, II, V, VIII, IX; B31.1, 31.3, 31.8; AWS D1.1; API 650 /620/1104, NACE, British, AISC, ASTM and other commonly used in Construction industries. Also Familiar with Saudi Aramco, Shell, Mobil, QP, KNPC, BAPCO working standard
Familiarized with different kinds of materials like API 5L, A106 Gr.B, A333 Gr.6 (Low-Temp.CS& SS (Nace) A335 Gr.P11 (Alloy steel), SA 312 Gr.304, 304L, 316L (SS) Duplex Steel Aluminum Gr5083, Cuni.
QA ASPECTS
Prepare and conduct audits for Engineering-Procurement-Construction activities of Pipelines-Plants- Heavy fabrication projects.
Prepare Audit Notification-checklists-Audit Reports-Follow-up Non-conformance issued until final resolutions.
Liaise both in-house and with clients for complete audit process. Co-ordinate through department heads for resolution of issued NCR¡¦s and monitor for non ¡Vrepetition of non-conforming activities Prepare rafts project specific Quality plans, Inspection Test plan (ITP¡¦s) for estimation and project teams, get resolution of issued NCR¡¦s and monitor for non repetition of non-conforming activities.

„XVerification of calibration certificates such as electrode baking oven, quivers, & welding machine etc.

„XEnsure the fabrication and welding is carried out as per approved drawing, project specification and verifying the material with its MTC. (On board, pipe shop).
„XStage inspection and dimensional control orientation of piping, structures in pre-fabrication and erection as per drawing, project spec. and inspection test plan
„XVerify compliance with quality control procedures and systems for welding, PWHT, NDT, and materials traceability control, including compliance with safety requirements

„XLine checking, Spool verification and monitoring the pneumatic test and flushing activities
