•Engineering & Commissioning of SCMS & RGMS (SAT automation Systems) of the substation and its integration to LDC.
•Administered all operation and maintenance programme(through CMMS-MAXIMO) of the Transmission and Distribution network of the Ruwais Refinery, with 200kms.of HV cable circuit,9 Substations,40 transformers, 105 panels,132kV and 33kV overhead lines, Generators and Motors.
•Planned and scheduled all O&M works of the electrical network contract through MAXIMO (CMMS).
•Ensured top class delivery of maintenance to the assets and implemented corporate strategies.
•Proposed, Designed 11kV distribution network after a load study (Primary and Secondary) and executed projects for modification and enhancement of existing substation and network including testing and commissioning.
•Co-ordinated consultants like M/s.Technip (ULG Project), M/s.Lahmeyer International and contractors M/s. ABB, Schneider Electric, Merlyn Gerin, CCC, Al Jaber, Target Engineering etc. and Client during project execution.
•Permit authorization for Electrical Isolation, Hot, Cold works, Excavation and Vehicle Entry in the Refinery and Jetty.
•Carried out Risk Assessments, HSE Inspection, Auditing of sites.
•Reported the maximum no. of Near misses/Unsafe condition for 2 consecutive years to the Refinery SEF Department
