Electrical Engineer

A position that will suit my skills & abilities, preferably in Electrical and Computer Engineering which will provides the opportunity to make a strong contribution to organizational goals through continued development of my skills.

Al-Ghubrah Power and Desalination Plant (Muscat, Oman)
A trainee during an internship program (June – August 2006)
Duties included:
o Operation Department, gas turbines, steam turbines, MSF desalination process, power Generation.
o On site station power system; LV(415V) system, LV Switchgear, LV system protection, 3.3 and 6.6KV system and switchgear.
o 33KV system, switchgears and protection (line protection), 132KV systems, switchgear and protection.
o Generators and generator protection.
o Motors and motor protection.
o Power transformers and transformer protection.
o Electrical workshop (motor maintenance).
o Daily electrical maintenance and defects trouble shooting( phase1,2,3,4).
