Reconcile Accounts of Customers and forward details to Credit Control Department for onward processing of refunds through SAP system.

Finalized and implemented the Conceptualized Design Document (CDD) with the SAP Support Department regarding processing of customer returns & recovery from cartage contractors with respect to product dip shortages of export customers in SAP system.

Prepared a Standard Operating Procedure of the Export Sale Process for the Staff at Peshawar Airport and facilitated them in effectively performing transactions in SAP system.
