Currently working as Inspection Engineer in INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION SERVICES:
Assignments:
1) Inspection of Mahanagar Gas (BG+GAIL+Govt.of Maharastra) City Pipeline project, Mumbai
Duties include third party inspection of all welding and NDE in accordance with API 1104 and ASME SecV. and client specifications
2) Online Inspection of ERW, online NDT testing, Mechanical and hydro testing
of API 5L pipes at Maharastra seamless ltd, Nagothane
QA/QC Engineer in RANDHAWA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
1) Project 1: RELIANCE PETROLEUM LTD. JAMNAGAR, GUJARAT
§ Designation: QA/QC engineer
§ Duties& responsibilities: To monitor all NDT activities in fabrication

2) Project 2: INDIA GLYCOLS LTD. KASHIPUR, UTTARANCHAL

a) The New Glycol ether expansion project
b) The New Chiller unit
c) The Acetate expansion project
d) The MEG Shut Down
§ Designation: QA/QC engineer-in-Charge
§ Duties& responsibilities:
o Total Responsibility of QA/QC of Piping Systems such as the IBR lines, condensate lines, water lines and process piping.
o To interpret radiographic films and interpret DP testing, Coating inspection by holiday testing M/C.
o To look after QA/QC and NDT activities of Whole Project, which include Fabrication, Erection of Piping, and installation of Piping and equipments till commissioning. Single Point Responsibility for the activities.
o To monitor the Repair activities and ensure Quality.
o To look after Piping System Test Pack and conduct the Hydrostatic Pressure testing and Pneumatic testing.
o To conduct Welder Qualifications Tests (WQT) as per the Codes and specs.
o To revise the WPS for each project as per design requirements.
o To co-ordinate Whole Quality control Department activities.
o Interpretation of drawings and resolution of Welding Problems at Site, Take Corrective actions.
o To check Correctness and Completeness of All Quality Documentation.
o To Ensure Third Party Statements and Quality Plans of Client are executed to meet requirements.
o To assist in Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Activities.

Completed 4 year Engineering Degree Course in Mechanical Engineering
from reputed Government engineering College,India

· AMERICAN WELDING SOCIETY-CERTIFIED WELDING INSPECTOR
· ISNT certified welding inspector
· Certified as ASNT LEVEL II in Ultrasonic testing, Magnetic particle inspection, liquid penetrant testing and Radiographic testing (int). from Institute of Testing Technology, Mumbai.
