•Market Survey & Analysis
•Corporate communication & establishing contacts with prospective alliance customers like EIL, PDIL, TEIL, NPCIL, BARC, KPG, Technimont ICB, UHDE, Adani Port, IOCL, NRL, UOP, Axens Technology, France etc.
•Short & Long Term Market Planning & develop the strategies to identify new business opportunities.
•Co-ordinate contracts/ RFQs’ in reviewing the prime contract documents. Develop risk profiles and establishes plans schedules, budgets for proposal obligations and review technical inputs.
•Initiate & directs the planning & development of the preliminary project execution plan (PPEP), scope of definition, project procedures, budgets & project schedules.
•Material & Labour Cost Estimation, Preparation of Techno-commercial offers and to assist Dept. Head for negotiations for customized products.
Project Activities : -
•Budget Monitoring, Project Review & Evaluation of contract management, arrange kick-off meeting with all concern departments to highlight critical customer requirements, organising meetings with engineering team from time to time so as to take care of the critical requirements of project.
•Project Planning, Monitoring, and Controlling & Review and take corrective action for any short fall during execution to expedite in time delivery of projects & equipments.
•Continuous interaction with Quality Assurance, Process Planning & Manufacturing Groups to arrive at Quality Stages/ hold points, Identify the correct process, Improve upon the existing process, Measures to improve the productivity, Materialising the innovative means of production right from concept to actual productionisation, Anticipate special resources required to meet the project requirement.
•Handling sub-contractors & suppliers to expedite the critical manufacturing activities at their end.
•Invoicing & Payment Collection.
•Inticipate technical, commercial problems related to execution and take corrective actions. Keep record of revisions / modifications deemed necessary during execution of the project and get the same approved by the customers and amend the Contract / Purchase Order suitably incorporating price / delivery implications of such revisions.
•Developing and implementing effective systems to make efficient work environment and follow the ISO procedures for maintaining stability in project work system.

Bachlore degree in Mechanical Engineering & Masters of Business Administration (Marketing)
