- Presently working as an Inspection Engineer (E-III) in Fauji Fertilizer
Company, Mirpur Mathelo since 15th Jan 2006.
- 3 weeks internship at Fauji Fertilizer Company Goth Machi.

Technical Expertise:

Internal Inspections:
Independent inspection of most equipment at plant including Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Exchangers.

Leakage Detection:
Profound knowledge on modern leakage detection methods like Soap film test, Ammonia Paper and spray test, Helium Leak Test.

Reliability Testing:
Hydraulic Testing and Pneumatic Testing of Equipments/Piping.

Non-Destructive Testing:
Valuable experience in managing NDTs like Magnetic Particle Testing, Radiographic Testing, Dye Penetrant Testing, Hardness Testing, Ultrasonic Testing.

Codes and Standards:
Profound knowledge on the application and implementation of codes and standards during execution of Inspection jobs.

Materials and Welding:
Full acquaintance with the materials being used in Fertilizer Industry and their repair by welding.

Vibration Analysis:
Vibration Monitoring, Analysis and Machine Fault Diagnostics by latest available technology. Study in progress.

Job Management:
Capable of managing Inspection jobs, planning, pre-arrangements and execution during Turnarounds and Shutdowns.

Computer Skills :
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, AutoCAD.
