planning of maintenance activities

Plan and schedule all maintenance activities according to maintenance policy and availability of spare parts, equipment and tools. By applying CMMS System (Using EMPAC software-based on Oracle) , Carried out the duties of Maintenance Planning Engineer including the following :-
· Preparation of monthly work Plan and joint Analysis with production.
· Executing the weekly work scheduling and distribution to the concerned disciplines .
· Checking the availability of materials in respect to the established work dates
· Issue unscheduled work orders as required .
· Study Maintenance plan compliance with short/medium term production targets.
· Prepare and issue weekly progress report showing status of issued work orders ( completed , in progress , outstanding , pending ,.etc....) and highlight major comments .
· Preparation for Bi-weekly meeting (Outstanding / Graphs / Major jobs / …. ) .
· Issuing Monthly report showing major maintenance activites .
· Analyzing work feedback and create analysis reports to improve maintenance process
· Re-assess backlog work by reviewing work periorities with operation department , then re-scheduling the unexecuted work orders according to periority system and resource availability .
· Maintain information on backlog jobs pending due to resource unavailability , shutdown ,…etc. , and follows up with concerned departments to expedite work .
· Follow up and track the maintenance system performance using key performance indicators .
· Collecting the necessary technical data for all the equipments and put them in the suitable structure to develop asset hierarchy , equipment classifications and bill of material .
· Preparing new and modifying maintenance work instructions (MWI) according to vendors and manufactures manuals .
