Responsibilities
• As a coordinator for Samsung to obtain certification for ISO 14001 EMS and OHSAS 18001. Fully in charge of all document from the beginning including draft manual, procedure and work instruction.
• Advice on measure to be taken in the interest of the safety and health of persons employed.
• Work closely with respective vendors to ensure works is executed to expectation.
• Investigate accident and recommend remedial measures to prevent re- occurrence, organize and coordinate safety activities and programs.
• Act as secretary to the safety committee
• Plan and organize safety training to Emergency Response Team and Safety Committee Members.
• Plan and organize safety and health programs, organize fire drills to familiarize employees on escapes routes during emergencies and ensure readiness of the emergency response teams.
• Conduct regular safety inspection of the factory and recommend action to relevant department.
• Ensure a safety requirement of OSHA, Environment Act, Factory and Machinery Act .
• Ensure safety during construction and renovation.
• Report accident and incidents to their immediate superior .Also report hazardous condition and act.
• Prepare Safety, Health and Environment monthly report to Managing Director.
• Control surrounding environment condition including production rubbish.
• Ensure schedule waste disposal follow the requirement and submit monthly inventory to DOE.
• Chemical management – storage, labeling and handling.
• Conduct analyze items such as noise, temperature , water treatment, air pollution and gas.
• Personal protective equipment control and audit.
• Transport safety control.
• Employee relation matter – staff welfare issue in factory and hostel.
• General affair matter – monitor company facilities.

Certificate Of Electronics and Communication - Electrical Engineering from Engku Omar Of Polytechnic in 1987 (Certificate prgram upgrade to diploma on 1991)
Obtain Certificate from NIOSH Malaysia to be a competent person as CERTIFIED SAFETY OFFICER in 2001
