•Technical Support for the Vehicles& Workshops
•Monitoring the performance curve of the vehicles
•Investigate in Customers complains
•Investigate in repeated problems & search for the main technical cause for the problem as it is from the supplier or the factory or the customer and the permanent solution for it.
•Contact Daimler Chrysler Germany & Brazil for problems which are from their side and unsolved.
•Create& Execute Modifications for eliminating Production problems.
•Present regular technical presentation for each product.
•Present regular technical reports about our workshops.
•Supervise Workshops processes to ensure implementation of company standards.
•Service information & Service campaign initiation and carrying out.
•Coordinate with the production line for new modifications.
•Supporting Exported customer (spare parts – service campaigns…etc.).
•Complete Check for exported vehicles for Pre Delivery Inspection.
