Role of self: Senior Electrical Engineer
a. 400KV & 220KV SF6 Gas insulated substations,.
b. Control, relay, synchronising & disturbance recorder panels (
c. Billing and metering panels supplied by Landis & Gyr.
d. Hot line washing system for cleaning outdoor insulators.
e. EOT crane, CO2 fire fighting systems, HVAC, fire alarm etc
f. 400KV/21KV, 630MVA Generator Transformer (supplier -TELK India), 220KV/6.6KV, 70 MVA Start up transformer (supplier-CGL India), 21KV/6.6KV 35MVA unit transformers, 6.6KV/415V, 2MVA Dry type transformer.
g. 6.6KV vacuum switchgear .
h. 415V air circuit breaker switchgear.motor control centers
i. Check Synchronising panels for interconnections between various switchgears.
j. 21KV, 20KA air blast Generator Circuit Breaker and isolated phase bus ducts with CTs, PTs & surge arrestors (supplier-Alstom, France).
k. 4x3MVA, 6.6KV Emergency Diesel Power plant (supplier Alstom / Pielstick) and sequential load restoration schemes .
l. 400V, 2200AH & 220V, 600AH Batteries and their chargers (supplier-Exide, India)
m. 600KVA, 415V UPS .

o. Cathodic protection system for sea water intake pump houses.
