- I work as a shift engineer on re-injection and treatment unite plant:
Turbo compressor facilities and treatment of gas with TEG ( tri ethylene glycol )
12hours /day for 4 weeks ( night/day shift )
I prepare the procedure of the major inspection for the turbines and vessels
Also every thing for isolation in the safe condition of work
Supervise all the works happen on this plant and agreed the work permit and the work order
Use some programme help on the work ; send the work order ; send e mails ;
for example : Maximo ; DOCS for P&D Drawings process sheets ; outlook..
Send daily report ( the status of the plant and the new activities )
Make daily safety meeting; weekly safety meeting (know what happened in the oil/gas world accident) and monthly walk-throe.
I know the work on :
Checking operation equipment: turbo compressor, steam turbine and gas turbine.
Checking Tri Ethylene Glycol equipment and process in control room
(DCS, MKV, CCC, BENTLY NEVADA and Fire & Gas detection system)
