This is one of the largest Dairy and Juice Company in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia having latest filling machines like TBA 21 and Combibloc, Pasteurizer, Ultra Heat Treatment Plant, CIP Plant, Ammonia Chilling Plant, Air Compressor.

Job Profile:-
My designation is a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. And my role is to handle the production equipments, system and machinery, interpretation of wiring diagram and understand the plc logic at the time of troubleshooting. Coordinate with the third party at the time of new project and planning and implementation, execution and commissioning the new project and services of the filling machine.

Following are some production equipment and machinery I have been working on in Najran Dairy Company.

Tetra-Pak TBA 21.
Combibloc Aseptic Filling Machine
Pasteurizer and UHT Plant.


For all above system, I am responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance and Inventory of Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation equipments.


2. Oswal Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd., Paradeep, Orissa, India.
This is one of the world¡¦s Largest Fertilizer plant having capacity of 2 x 3500 MT/day of Sulphuric Acid Plant, 2650MT/day of Phosphoric Acid Plant, 3 x 145 MT/hr of DAP Plant, 2 x 55 MW of Captive Power Plant, 2 x 110 MT/hr Steam of AFBC Boiler Plant, 2 x 185 TPH Sulphur Fired WHR Boiler, 132 KV Switchyard, 3000 TPH Grab Ship Unloader and Conveyor System.

Duration: July 1999 to October 2004.

Job Profile:
My designation was a Sr.Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance). And my role was to handle the man power, production equipments and system. Coordinate with the third party at the time of expansion project and planning and implementation, erection & commissioning of expansion project, procuring spare parts, preventive and break down maintenance.
Operation and Maintenance of 110 M2 horizontal Belt-Filter (Delkor Make-up) and Filtration section.
Trouble Shooting and Maintenance of Various Rotary & Static Equipments in DCS Operated Phosphoric Acid Plant like various Centrifugal Pumps, Water-Ring Vacuum Pump, Diaphragm Pump, Gear Pump, Vacuum Cooler Steam Ejector, Graphite Tube Heat-Exchanger, Blower, Gear Units, Agitators, Fume-Scrubber Fan, Evaporators, Fluid Coupling, Conveyors and Ball Mills.

Academic Qualification:
ľ Passed SSLC at Sri Ramakrishna Vidyalayaa Matric Hr.Sec.School, Villupuram in March 1993 with 75.54%.
ľ Passed HSC at Sri Ramakrishna Vidyalayaa Matric Hr.Sec.School, Villupuram in March 1995 with 87.43%.
Professional Qualification:
ľ B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Madras University ( Tamilnadu, India) with 83.10 % in the year from 1995- 1999.
