Senior Instrumentation and Control System

Ensur reliability, accuracy and safety of instrumentation and control systems and equipment by use of good maintenance and repair procedures.

-Perform preventive, corrective, diagnostic maintenance and pre commissioning on the process control systems and control loops.
-Perform modification of control circuits¡¦and /or control loops as per the plant change request and update all related plant drawings to reflect the actual changes.
-Implement maintenance procedures and plans including hardware changes and the performance of software configurations and modification for: DCS system (ABB 800XA harmony), Gas Turbine and Compressor control system (Mark6 and CCC), Metering system (MECI), Emergency shutdown system (TRICONEX), fire and gas control system (TRIDENT), PLC control system (omron, twido, allen bradley, total flow, arcom).
-Input data into the DataStream maintenance system, such as workorder activities, materials and spares, failure reports and manpower statistics.
-Supervise permanante and temporary contract labour so as to ensure safe and effective implementation of daily duties, special projects, major overhauls ets.
-Working on a major inspection of the gas turbine (GE5200).
-Performing calibration and testing of pressur, temperature, flow, level transmitters(Rosemount, Foxboro, masonielan, abb) and gauges including fixed and portable fire and gas detection equipments(detronics, autochim).
-Overhaul/repair and install electric, pneumatic, electronic or hydraulic control system such as control valves and actuators (Ficher, Bettis, Masonielan), recorders measuring and recorging instrumentin the field or in the workshop.
-Perform regular calibration and maintenance of all safety, fire and gas equipment such as gas monitors h2s monitors, smoke detectors and heat detectors to conform smooth functioning.
-Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on all equipment on site, as well as during machine schedules for unscheduled shutdown.
-Assiste other section such as electric, mechanical and workshop in the repair and troubleshooting of thier and electronic related systems and test equipment.
