• My job is mainly to inspect by my self for all buildings under construction as consultant (Administrating buildings-the main college at region-a lot of schools – big halls-many different kinds of buildings)for all civil activities and interior finishing as consultant for the owner (Ministry of Education).and preparing the daily reports for all activities in projects according to the specifications.
• Organize and coordinate between contractor and all governmental departments and helps to find the solutions for the different problems during the project progress.
• Calculation of quantity for all civil activities for projects.
• Preparing and review projects invoices.
• Checking the requirements maintenance and repairing of all the buildings at the whole region and specify the items needed to be maintained and calculate the quantities.
• Prepare the tenders for the maintenance and repairing and preparing the change orders.
• Follow up the whole presses by making weekly and monthly meeting for all my team.
Last 3 year I worked as a manger of construction and maintenance branch at Girl Education Department in Shaqra region. (March 2002- November 2005)
