Summary:

• I am an Engineer with over 29 years of Oil industry experience in procurement, project and store/inventory management. During this time, I have prepared 2 manuals mainly Purchase Manual and Work Instruction Manual for Materials department for acquiring ISO 9001 & ISO-14001 for the company.
• I have been associated with the team to develop & implement Computerized Materials Management system for the 1st time in my present organization in the year 1994 and successfully implemented the same within the schedule.

• I am at present working as Senior Commercial Manager (Head- Project Purchase) in the Commercial department of Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd, an Oil sector, in India. BRPL is a group company of Indian Oil (IOCL), the largest commercial enterprise in India and a Fortune “Global 500” company. My responsibilities as Senior Commercial Manager are listed as below.
• At present the capital projects mainly Diesel Quality Upgradation (DHDT), to improve the quality of diesel for meeting URO-III norms at a total investment of US$ 358.00 million and MS Maximization at a total investment of US$ 11.50 million are under implementation in BRPL.
