Project Experience:
„« Worked for Rs. 1200 Crore (Equiv. To 240 million US $) Soda¡Vash project, Linear Alkyl Benzene LAB (Petrochemical) project having Project cost of Rs 780 Crore (Equiv. To 156 million US $), Single super Phosphate project and various medium scale project from conceptual stage.
„« Implemented 20 K.M. cross-country pipeline project for Kerosene transfer from concept to commissioning stage.
„« Co-ordination with Detailed Engineering contractors viz. SNC Lavalin, Canada and UHDE INDIA LTD., and H & G Consultant.
„« Co-ordination with process licenser, UOP Inc. For execution, startup and commissioning
Ħ Review & Approval of Package units for utility & services such as Boiler, Compressor, Cooling tower, ETP plant, DM water plant etc.
Ħ Co-ordination with Process Licenser M/S UOP Inc. for successful and safe commissioning & startup and got the appreciation certificate from UOP.
Ħ Participated in HAZOP study for LAB Plant, carried out along with process licenser M/S UOP Inc. at Des Plaines, USA
Ħ Participated for Design Kick-Off meeting for N-Paraffin project with M/S UOP LLC, Chicago, USA.
Ħ Participated for Design review meeting for EMALAB project with M/S Ballestra and M/S UOP at MILANO, Italy.
Ħ Carried out Factory acceptance test for 2200 NM3/Hr Hydrogen generation (Naptha base) Plant at Hydro-Chem. USA at Atlanta, USA. DCS system of EMERSON at Milan, Italy.

ƒ¶ Experience in various Unit operation and Unit processes such as ¡§Kerosene Hydro treater¡¨, Hydrogen generation, Dehydrogenation, Hydrogen manufacturing by Naptha reformer, Alkylation, Adsorption for Normal paraffin extraction and aromatic removal, Distillation units, PSA, Utilities such as Nitrogen generation by PSA, Steam Boiler, Flare, DM water etc..
Ħ DCS operation with Honeywell #GUS for various process operations like Hydrogen plant, Dehydrogenation, Sulfur removal, Extraction, Distillation, Alkylation etc.
