Responsible for client interface at all BP Caspian sites.
Training of National Azeri technicians in order to meet the requirement to have the positions nationalised by 2008
Co-ordinating of all logistics, ensuring personnel are mobilised to the correct locations.
Design reviews on existing equipment, to ensure original design meets operation conditions.
Trouble shooting repairs that cannot be resolved by the national technicians.
Preparing quarterly performance reports, and delivering the presentation to the client for review, along with budget analysis and forecasting.


Design/Project engineer: January 2001-December 2005

Responsible for the interface with clients regarding offshore projects, also running the job through to completion as lead engineer for offshore.
Report writing following offshore technicians trips.
Engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning of projects for clients. This also involved costing the work and controlling the budget to ensure that the costs were not over spent.


Offshore Technician: February 2000-January 2001
Wormald Environmental, Science & Technology Park, Balgownie Drive, Aberdeen

Responsible for all aspects of offshore maintenance, including electrical mechanical and refrigeration. Maintenance included working on fire dampers, electrical meters, control panels, fire and gas interface. Mechanical involved air handling maintenance, fan maintenance and refrigeration maintenance.



Research & Development: July 1998-February 2000
Ambiox International, Belgrave Terrace, Aberdeen

Responsible for the research and development engineering in ozone technology, predominately in food process industry. Ambiox went bankrupt and taken over by Bio Quell where I was a service engineer responsible for the maintenance and repair of Class I & II biological safety cabinets, and autoclave systems in hospitals, and pharmaceutical establishments.
