Personal
I have very strong work and family ethics. I have taken only one sick day in the past 10 years. When I am asked to do a job, I dont stop until it is done correctly and I do my best to help others be successful at their job too. I am efficient, energetic and generally fun to be around. As I grew up on a farm in a big family with many boys, I leant early on how to be a part of a group and make the situation work. I have been a foreman for many years now and I fell the best way to get people to work and make you the most money is to make them feel good about what they are doing no matter the job is, and help them succeed.
I have been welding on machinery for more than 20 years and fabricating for as many. I have also been effectively operating equipment since I could reach the peddles on a tractor.
