Electrical Supervisor

JOBS INVOLVED ARE:
My job is included but not limited to Supervise, Maintenance (preventive and corrective) and Trouble shooting of electrical equipment such as:-
TRANSFORMERS:
Up to 3500 KVA included ONAF/ONAN coding systems, There Oil sampling, testing, filling and treatment MOTORS Up to 2150 Kw with 6.3 KV. Up to 150 Kw with 380 V, Termination, Stator washing, Heating, Meggering, Bearing replacement and Overhauling,
Installation & Termination of Power & Control Circuit of Motors
POWER GENERATORS Gas Turbine Generators 18.5 MW each 6.3 K.V (General Electric U.S.A)
Diesel Driven Emergency Generators 1.9 MW & 2.1 M.W Inspection and Replacement of Carbon Brush Gears, Exciter Maintenance and Testing, Inspection of Static AVR Governor, Security/Protection and other Auxiliaries of Generators.
CIRCUIT BREAKERS:
SF6 circuit breakers up to 1600 AMP 6.3 K.V., Oil circuit breakers 800 AMP 6.3 KV, Magnetic Air Circuit Breakers up to 3000 Amp 6.3 K.V, Air circuit breakers/contactors, Magnetic Contactor up to 300 AMP, Vacuum circuit breakers/contactors
Following work done on above equipments, Pole testing and repair, gas pressure checking and refilling, checking of mechanical interlocks and mechanism, inspection and replacement of main and arcing contacts, measurement of opening and closing time. Testing of breaker contacts by low ohmmeter and injection, troubleshooting of control circuit and fault diagnosis.

PROTECTION RELAYS:Familiar with operation and testing of Microprocessor based Generator, Transformer, Motors and Line Protection Relays.

METALCLAD SWITCH GEAR:Bus bar tightness, Termination, Meggering, Trouble shooting and Installation, Contact Cleaning, Gap adjustment, Termination, Troubleshooting and Testing of circuit breakers and Contactors UPS:
Up to 90 KVA with 380V
Checking of SCRs and Power Darlington Transistors, Scopemetry of Static Switching Load Transfer, Load Limitation, Troubleshooting and Inspection of Inverter logic cards and Firing Electronic cards, Synchronizing of Inverters Load testing of UPS Battery Banks.
BATTERY CHARGERS & RECTIFIRES(DCP):
SCR Testing, Current Limitation, Regulation, Current transfer, Voltage/Current Regulation, Over/Under Voltage Testing and setting, Functional checks. Trouble shooting and Repair of Rectifier Logic and Thyristor Firing Electronic cards. (BORRI, MORAN, SICE)
BATTERIES:

Bachelors of Technology in Electrical3 years Diploma of Associate Engineer in Electrical
Matriculation (Science)

SPECIAL TRAINING:
Two Years Apprenticeship in Electrical from Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited.
ISO-9000 Quality Work Procedures.

• Presently working as an ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR in Tullow Pakistan (Developments) Ltd. Sara Suri Gas Field Daharki Pakistan. I have worked for Tullow Bangladesh for installation, testing, commissioning & training of there local electrical maintenance technicians for safe execution of the electrical maintenance jobs. Preventive/Corrective Maintenance work procedures & PTW. Now a days we are performing the commissioning of our amine & dehydration plant start up after completion of installation testing and commissioning and developing work procedures for the said plant.
