Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing day-to-day functions of company’s recruitment and selection processes to ensure selection of the right candidate at the right time and at the right remuneration package, including developing job descriptions, advertising (internal & external), testing, screening, interviewing, negotiating and selecting.
• Managing day-to-day functions of company’s employee relations to ensure high degree of staff satisfaction, including but not limited to, providing employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits, preparing letter of appointment, employee appraisals, induction & training coordination and processing administrative letters.
