1. Involved directly and responsibility WORKOVER ANTAH 488 on 1996,Infill Drilling end of December1997 until end of December1998 and second WORKOVER on 2005 by Barge Teknik Berkat.
2. Personally created the RCPS (Root Cause Problem Solving) advised from OIM after management carried out Production Enhancement Project with impact to our production lost 300 KL/D of Crude from High Producing wells on J-18 RESERVOIR. Presented the RCPS to our management. That Workshop Attended by Reservoir
Engineer, Asset Engineer, Process Engineer, Turbo Machinery Engineer, Production Analysis and Planner and our OIM as witness during presentation.
3. Initiative carried out Gas Lift Optimization for all Gas Lift wells to get the optimum of gas lift volume.

1. 16.11.06 – 29.3.08 : Technician (Dual Skill - Production/Instrument) Platform Tiong –A. Received BTEC Certificate on Instrumentation.
2. July 2005 : Platform Implementation Dual Skill Program as per PCSB requirement.
3. Dec 1999 - Jun 2005 : Completed and Graduation Intermediate Diploma Btec Instrument .
4. 01.10.2003 - 15.08.2005 : Juruteknik I11 (SS -Production) Core Skill
5. Nov 1994 - Nov 1999 : As a Production Technician - Served for offshore Division PM9. Peninsular Malaysian Operation, Petronas Carigali Platform Tiong-A . Starting From August 1992 my career was developed as a Technician since August 1993 in conjunction with On Job Training (OJT) with EPMI (EXXON MOBIL).
6.1993 - 2003 PRESENT : Production Technicion Jabatan Operasi Kawasan PM-9, PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd.
7. Certificate Holder as A Production Technician, From Institut Latihan Perindustrian Petroleum ( ILPP )Batu Rakit, Kuala Terennganu.

1. Have DIPLOMA BTEC Certificate on Instrumentation as a second core.
2. Have Certificate Production Technicion graduate from Institute Latihan Perindustrian Petroleum ILPP now known as INSTEP.
3. Completed attended course NESP-1 on Jun 2006 ( Non Executive Supervisory Program ) and submitted assignment to HR Training Center: Title assignment - To manage Optimum Gas Injection and Maximum Sales Gas export also carried out Gas Lift Optimization. That is real Project without cost from Management only from my initiative.
4. Frequently acting Operation Supervisor during Operation Supervisor on leaved.

SUBJECT COURSE :
Petrochemical Science, Basic PLC operation on Global Arrangement Metering and Gas compressor also Fire & Gas System, Production core skill, Computer Application, Gas Compressor System, Heat exchanger system, and Sub surface Down Hole Equipment on Wellhead, Dehydration Unit, Gas Lift Optimization and etc.

Supervision
1. Work directly under guideline and platform philosophy as an Operation Tech / DPIC (Design Person In Charge) at Satellite Platform. Shall be capable of working independently while on shift shall be capable of recognizing problems and taking action to ensure a safe operation. Must be flexible to changing priorities/ odd working hours.
