Controlling and monitoring of portfolio worth RS.2.52 billion including Corporate, SME & Consumer. To ensure smooth working of the department through supervision of all related areas like Credit Administration.
Bank & Legal Documentation: Finalized all Legal Conventional Banking charge forms and security/ collateral documentations of Running Finance (RF), Lease, Term Loan and Consumer Finance as per Approval of Finance.
Monitoring of accounts/recoveries/follow-up: Maintaining effective system to monitor and ensure that credits allowed are fully secured, documented and collateral is in order before disbursement of funds, thus ensuring banks interest remain full secured. Follow up for obtaining stock reports, insurance and conducting periodical inspections of stock, recovery of installments and markup as per pricing arrangement.
Review of reports & controls: Ensure review of all credit related system generated and exception reports while making sure those proper internal controls are in place as per the H/O directives in order to achieve satisfactory audit rating.
Risk management & control: Assist ensuring all facilities and collateral documentation are completed and vetted by lawyers, where required to avoid any credit relationship getting doubtful or bad.

Job responsibilities are as follow:
Credit analysis of corporate, SME and consumer proposal after approval.
Preparing all legal and security / collateral documentation of Murabaha, Car Ijarah (Lease), Corporate Ijarah (Lease) & Islamic Housing Finance
Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly external and SBP reporting.
Monitoring, controlling and ensuring Pre and Post disbursement formalities related to Corporate, commercial, SME and consumer banking.
Conduct quarterly stock inspections.
Liaison with External Agencies i.e Lawyers, valuator, vendors, macadam etc.
Monitoring all consumer loans including Car Ijarah, House financing.
Keep upto date all car & house loans schedules and monitoring insurance and monthly payments.
