My name is Arturo Dobla, a well experience Project Control Engineer specialized the field of Planning/Scheduling/Cost Engineering as well a multi discipline Estimator with experiences in Oil/Gas & Power and Gen Construction and my role are as follow:

Overall responsibility for Projects:
Responsible for preparing, Detailed (Level -4) Construction Schedule using Primavera & Setting up of Project Management at work site by preparing the Execution Plan, Progress S-Curve, Progress Monitoring Table (Progress Base), Manpower & Equipment Schedule, Look-ahead Schedules, Progress Reporting and others as required by the CLIENT and directly involve with the client and sub contractor meetings.
Ensure the team manages the planning of all related documents for all the phases of an EPC contract including establishing effective formats of reporting.
Recruiting and training new team members.
Prepare and analysing budgets and financial reports and recommending steps to contain the project within budget.
Prepare project specific reports , review and recommend corrective action and ensure that it contains all content as per contract specification and delivered to all concern within set time frame.
Capability to analyse, assign & review assigned resources allocated to each project
Understanding contractual obligations for project management & control
Developing & review a project plan sequence and logic relationship and form a guideline for better & effective method of approach considering both aspect cost and time.
Analysing critical path, impact of critical path and use of critical path in Project Management.
Providing analytical skill to establish budgeted quantity as per the contract & time required for execution and propose measures to mitigate the constrains for those activities

Overall responsibility for Bid/Tender Developments:
Responsible for preparing Bid proposals - Estimates/Costing & preparation of documents required for the submission of tender Commercial & Technical Proposal
